Unfortunately John will not be able to read here this Saturday, Feb. 3.
Hopefully he’ll be reading for us next fall.

John Taggart has published ten volumes of poetry, including, most recently, When the Saints (Tailsman House, 1999) and Pastorelles (Flood Editions, 2004). He has also published a collection of essays on contemporary poetry and poetics, Songs of Degrees (Alabama, 1994) and a book on the painter Edward Hopper, Remaining in Light (SUNY Press, 1993). He lives in the Cumberland Valley of southern Pennsylvania.

Necessary Stranger (Flood Editions 2006)

Graham Foust was born in Tennessee, raised in Wisconsin & lives in California. His books include- Leave the Room to Itself (Ahsahta 2003), As in Every Deafness (Flood Editions 2003) & Necessary Stranger (Flood Editions 2006).

  Chris Nealon grew up in upstate NY & has lived in Seattle, Boston, San Francisco & DC, moving back & forth from east to west in recent years, teaching at UC Berkeley & spending part of the year in DC. He is the author of Foundlings: Lesbian and Gay Emotion Before Stonewall (Duke University Press 2001), The Joyous Age (Black Square Editions 2004) & has poems out or forthcoming in No: A Journal of the Arts & Magazine Cypress.

  Simon Pettet, born in England, is a long time resident of NYC’s Lower East Side. His books include- Talking Pictures\ The Photography of Rudy Burkhardt (Zoland Books 1994), Selected Poems (Talisman House 1995), Selected Art Writings: James Schuyler (Editor- Black Sparrow 1998), Abundant Treasures (Granary Books 2001) &

David had us all in tears- of laughter- A perfect way to enter 2007-

Lauren is the editor of Word at PEEKreview.net, whose second issue “CHIMERA: I AM MY OWN TWIN” will be up in Feb.- She is a co-curator for the Yockadot! Poetics Theater Festival, happening in April, & is on the Narrowhouse Recordings & Print Board of Directors. Lauren has a chapbook forthcoming from Big Game Books.

Jamie edits & publishes Rock Heals (www.rockheals.com) a Narrowhouse weekly also publishing small chapbooks, his work has been recently included in the Baltimore anthology Octopus Dream.

David makes poems on the page, composes music, writes songs, creates installations. His poetry appears in the anthologies- American Poets Say Goodbye to the 20th Century & An Exquisite Corpse Reader.
His musical/text work is available as “Musical Words” (Pyramid Atlantic) , “Whistling in the Dark” & “Love is Making Me Sick” (CD Baby & Bird House Studios).
